Add Child To Account


In order to add a transaction to SupportPay you must have at least one child entered into the system.

Follow the below instructions to verify your child's information has been entered and then add a transaction.

Verify Child’s Information

     1,  Login to your account: 

     2.  Click on the Blue Case Management Icon on the left


     3.  This will take you to the People Tab of the Case Management Screen

     4.  Click on the Add Child button 


     5.  This will open the Add Child Window.   Enter the Child's First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Gender. Once all the information has been entered,  the Save button will turn Green.  Verify the information and click the green Save Button.
