Add Child To Account


In order to add a transaction to SupportPay you must have at least one child entered into the system.

Follow the below instructions to verify your child's information has been entered and then add a transaction.

Verify Child’s Information

  1. Login to your account:

  2. Click on Welcome and then select Children

  3. This will take you to the Children Tab in the Account Management Screen

  4. Click on the "+Add" button enter your child’s information and click Save

If you have more than one child, repeat these steps for each child.
