Email History Dashboard Display..... 

  1. The email history display on your dashboard will will let you know when SupportPay has sent you an automated email when activity regarding your account has taken place. Such as.... 
  • New Expenses
  • Payment paid
  • Payment due
  • Item disputed
  • Payment past due
  • Dispute resolved

Note: You can select the frequency of these automated emails by clicking on the Email Alerts link in the Welcome dropdown list in the upper right corner of your screen.
