How secure is my information?

Ittavi SupportPay understands that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' information is critical. That's why we've chosen the leaders in cloud computing to be the basis of our platform.

Data is stored in Salesforce.com data centers. 

SupportPay is developed and hosted on the force.com platform which is owned by Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com safely and securely serves over 100,000 customers. We figured if these companies trust Salesforce.com, so should we. 

Salesforce.com uses a multi-layered approach to protect that key information, constantly monitoring and improving their application, systems, and processes to meet the growing demands and challenges of security. In addition, the beta release uses PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal is used to send payments and only status update information is sent securely to SupportPay. No financial or banking information is sent or stored by Ittavi SupportPay. 

Does the other parent have access to my financial information? 

No. In fact, Ittavi doesn't even have access to that information so there is no way that the other parent would be able to access that information from SupportPay. In fact, it is more secure to use SupportPay to send and receive payments because you do not have to give the other parent any financial information. Is my information stored in a computer under your desk?

No. This application has been built on the leading cloud platform and your data is stored in guarded data centers around the world. This isn't a product built and stored in a garage. We evaluated many options when it came to building this product and we chose a platform, force.com, that stores over 100,000 customers most critical data and is the only platform that is certified by the federal government when it comes to risk, security and compliance requirements.
