How secure is my information?

SupportPay understands that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' information is critical. That's why we've chosen the leaders in cloud computing to be the basis of our platform.

Data is stored in Salesforce.com data centers.

SupportPay is developed and hosted on the force.com platform which is owned by Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com safely and securely serves over 100,000 customers. We figured if these companies trust Salesforce.com, so should we.

In addition, the beta release uses PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal is used to send payments and only status update information is sent securely to SupportPay. No financial or banking information is sent or stored by SupportPay.

No. This application has been built on the leading cloud platform and your data is stored in guarded data centers around the world. This isn't a product built and stored in a garage. We evaluated many options when it came to building this product and we chose a platform, force.com, that stores over 100,000 customers most critical data and is the only platform that is certified by the federal government when it comes to risk, security and compliance requirements.
