Is SupportPay affiliated with any State Child Support Agency or Department?

SupportPay is not affiliated with any of the state or county child support systems. We are a private system, that enables parents to manage & exchange child support directly between each other, without having to go through a government agency.

You can continue to receive or send your base child support payments thru the state but no state helps parents to manage additional expenses, such as medical, education, child care or any other expenses that do not fall under the "base support" criteria.

Please note, since we are not affilitated or tied to any state system we do not have access to your state case information and can not provide a status update for any payments managed thru the state.

However, we do provide a way for you to independently track and verify the payments you have either made or received with the state to ensure that the correct amount is being recorded while also providing you an independent, certified record that can be used for court, tax and compliance purposes.
