How do I change my support order # if I entered the wrong number by mistake?

1. After you complete your registration, you can change your personal information by going to the Welcome tab that is located near the upper right side of your screen.

2. Select 'Orders' from the drop down list on the Welcome tab.

3. On this page you will see the first section titled 'Case Information'. You may click on your case and edit it to the correct number.

4. Be sure to click on the 'Save' button near the upper right side of the screen to insure that your changes are saved. 

**Only the first registering parent can change the case number**
