My items are not appearing in my To Do list.

If you notice that the To Do List on the Dashboard screen does not match your actual payments, refresh your screen by pressing F5 on your keyboard or clicking the refresh button on your browser

 

Example:  The 3 items Support Items Total $900

 

The To Do Box only reflects $400 total,  $500 Base Support item is missing.   Refresh screen and  the missing item will reappear.

 

After Refresh,  Orders are correctly displayed in To Do Section of the Dashboard Screen

 

If after you Refresh and the Items/Orders are still no showing in your To Do box,  please contact us by pressing the Help Button.
