Only the First Registering Parent can update the Case Number. All data in SupportPay is tied to the case number to make everything as safe and secure as possible.
1. After you complete your registration, you can update your case number if you used a temporary one
2. Select the 'Case Management' tab.
3. On this page you will see a tab titled 'support Order'. Click on it and the select 'Add Case Number' and edit it to the correct number.
**Only the first registering parent can change the case number**
4. Be sure to click on the 'Save' button near the upper right side of the screen to insure that your changes are saved.
