How do I change the Temporary Case Number to the Permanent one?


Only the First Registering Parent can update the Case Number.  All data in SupportPay is tied to the case number to make everything as safe and secure as possible.

If you are the First Registering parent:

1. Click on the Welcome Tab at the top right of the page and select Orders

2. This will take you to the Orders and Case Information Tab.  Update the Case Number in the Case Number field.  IF this is the Permanent Case #, click on the Permanent Case Number check box,  otherwise leave it blank.

If you are the Second Registering Parent:

1. Contact the other parent to have Him/Her correct/update the Case Number.


2. Contact us using the green HELP button at the bottom of the page, provide us with the Case number and we will update it for you.
