How do I keep my personal information private from the other parent?

At SupportPay, we value your privacy and understand that you might want to keep your personal information private from the other parent. If that's the case, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to https://supportpay.com and log in.
   
2. Click on your profile picture in the right-hand top corner of the screen and select Personal Information.
   
   
3. You'll see a message at the bottom of that page indicating that everyone can see your personal information. Select Change It to make it private.
   
4. Once you do that, the message from the page will change, letting you know that the information is now private.
   

Please note that the steps are the same in the web and mobile apps.
