How Do I Register My Bank Account For Bank Transfers?

In SupportPay, you have the ability to make payments to other family members without leaving the platform. One of the ways to do it is via bank transfer, for which you need to register your bank account. To do it, please follow the instructions below:  

1. Click on your name at the right-hand top corner of the screen and select Payments from the drop-down menu.

2. Click on the Register Now button.

3. Enter your phone number to verify your identity by receiving a text message or a voice call.

4. Once you've verified your identity, you need to enter and verify your bank account. For this step, you must choose between Instant Verification or Manual Verification.

4a. If you choose Instant Verification, enter your online bank access credentials and, once ready, click on Submit. This will instantly verify your bank account, and it will be ready to use. IMPORTANT: Your online bank access credentials are NEVER stored on our servers.

4b. If you choose Manual Verification, enter your bank account details and, once ready, hit Submit. For this method, you will receive a few micro-deposits in your bank account (please note that the micro-deposits on your bank account will come from checkbook.io). Once you know the amounts, click on Verify Micro-Deposits, enter the amounts and click on Submit.

5.  Once your bank account has been verified by one of the two methods described above, you'll be ready to use it and start making payments to other family members.
