How Do I View, Upgrade, Or Cancel My Subscription?

If you need to view, upgrade, or cancel your SupportPay subscription, this article is for you. You can easily view and manage your subscription by following the instructions below:

1. Click on your name at the top right-hand corner and select Subscription.

2. On the subscription page, you can perform the following actions:

Upgrade your subscription

1) Click on the Manage button. 2) Click on the Upgrade Subscription button. 3) Select your new plan and payment method. Once ready, click on Subscribe.

Change your payment method

Click on the Update button next to your current payment method, then enter your new credit card details and click on the Update Credit Card button.

Download your invoices

Click on the Invoice button and hit the download icon next to the invoice you want to download.

Cancel Your Subscription

1) Click on the Manage button. 2) Select Cancel Subscription. 3) Let us know why you're canceling your subscription by selecting an option from the list. Once ready, click on Continue. 4) Click on the red Cancel Subscription button to confirm.
