What are the Transactions Fees?

SupportPay provides a platform to manage expenses and track or make payments.

As a Premium user, you receive unlimited tracking of manual payments (payments made outside our system) and can send 2 e-checks for free each month. If you need to send more than 2 e-check payments, each additional check, starting with your 3rd check is charged a $2.99 transaction fee.

If you would like to make a payment with a credit card the only supported method that we offer today is via PayPal.  This transaction fee is charged by PayPay and NOT SupportPay.   

However, starting in 2018, PayPal has begun charging users a 2.9% transaction fee to make a payment using your PayPal account. This fee is added by PayPal and reflected as soon as you send the payment.
