This article provides clear instructions on how to make a payment within our platform. Follow these steps for a seamless transaction:
1. Navigate to the Transactions tab in the left-hand-side menu and click on the You Owe section.
2. Once you are in the You Owe section, choose the specific expense you wish to settle.
3. On the right side of the screen, a drawer will appear. Click on Make a Payment.
4. Select the type of payment for the expense (Online or Manual.)
4a. If opting for an Online payment, choose from the available options (PayPal or Bank Transfer) and follow the provided instructions.
4b. If selecting Manual payment, pick from the options to record the manual payment (cash, check, credit, payment app), and follow the instructions accordingly.
5. Enter all the required information and confirm the payment by clicking on the green button located at the bottom of the drawer.
