Does transparency include base Child Support payments or just additional expenses?

For base support payments, parents can upload receipts related to those payments. However, we currently do not offer a way to track individual expenses within the base payment itself. While this feature is technically possible, we found that it often adds unnecessary complexity without much benefit.

In most states, base support is intended to cover general living expenses such as food, clothing, and shelter. Because of this, detailed tracking of these expenses is usually not required unless it is specifically outlined in a court order or agreed upon by both parents.
