Why isn't the other parent's name appearing in our account?

    Upon initial registration, the other parent's name will not be displayed in the "participants" box in your account until they have accepted the email invitation & completed the responding registration. When this is complete, both participants name will be displayed in your linked Ittavi accounts.

    This is a way for you to know if the other parent has registered. If you would like to send the invitation again to the other parent you can do so by going to Account Management --> Parent's Info and click the "Send Invitation" button again.
