Now you can keep all your conversations, coordination, and important updates in one safe, convenient place; no more switching between apps. You can use Messages both on **web** and **mobile**. Here’s how to get started: ### **Using Messages on Web** 1. Log in to your account at [**my.supportpay.com**](https://my.supportpay.com/auth/login), and select the family you want to message if required. 2. Click the **plus (+)** button to start a new chat. ![](https://supportpay.zendesk.com/guide-media/01KE7JF1TK9CWXKYE8B4FMMWQA) 4. Open the **SupportPay app** and log in. - If you don’t have it yet, download it here: [**iOS**](https://apps.apple.com/be/app/supportpay-split-expenses/id808332758)| [**Android**](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.supportpay&hl=en) 2.
