On your dashboard, you might have noticed that the first thing that appears at the top of the page is the To Do section. This section is meant to work as a to-do list in your SupportPay account. In that list, you'll find things that are pending, such as pending payments or updates in your account.
For instance, if your account is new, you'll see items related to your account setup:
There's a drop-down menu to the right of the section, which allows you to select the items you'd like to see.
In the example above, the option Account is selected, which means that the list will show you tasks related to your SupportPay account. In the drop-down menu, you will also find other options, such as All Transactions, Payments, and Disputes:
When selecting one of those options, the To Do section will show you your pending transactions:
This section makes it easier for you to complete your pending tasks. As shown in the example above, you can even make payments from here.
