The "Email Notification and Statement" feature is a new feature that has been added to SupportPay. The information in the email notification & statement contains information, such as expenses and payments that are currently in your account. You may receive an Instant, Daily, or Weekly email if there was activity in either your account or the other parents' account. For "Monthly Email Notification and Statement" click here.
To turn off these email notifications, log in to SupportPay and go to your user management preferences. Or, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or deactivate your account.
All data in SupportPay is user input and is not tied to any of the Government Child Support Offices.
