We’re excited to introduce Messages, a brand-new way to communicate with your family right inside SupportPay! Now you can keep all your conversations, coordination, and important updates in one safe, convenient place; no more switching between apps.
You can use Messages both on web and mobile. Here’s how to get started:
Using Messages on Web
Log in to your account at my.supportpay.com, and select the family you want to message if required.

From the left-hand menu, click Messages.

Click the plus (+) button to start a new chat.

Choose the family member you’d like to chat with.

Tip: You can also create a group chat by selecting multiple people.

Start typing and send your first message. Tip: You can also attach files to your messages, by clicking on the clip icon in the text box.
Using Messages on Mobile

Open the SupportPay app and log in.

You’ll be logged into your default family. To switch families, tap the family icon in the top-right corner.

Tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top-left corner, then tap Messages.

Tap the plus (+) button to start a new conversation.

Select the family member(s) you want to chat with.
Tip: Use Create Group Chat to message multiple people at once.

Start chatting and enjoy staying connected right inside SupportPay! Tip: You can also attach files to your messages, by clicking on the clip icon in the text box.
