With the launch of the new version of SupportPay, we've made significant improvements and changes in various features and processes. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to register for SupportPay.
1. Create your account at SupportPay. If you already have a SupportPay account created for managing child support-related expenses, you'll be given the choice to use your existing family or to create a new one when you log in. You can create as many families as you need.
2. Create your family by adding a name and a picture. Once ready, click on Create Family.
3. Add family members using the Add Members button; you can add as many members as you need. Once you're ready to continue, click on Next.
4. Choose your subscription plan. You can choose between our Free Plan, Family Plan, and Individual Plan. Once you have chosen your plan, click on Next.
5. If you have chosen one of our paid subscriptions, enter your payment information. Once ready, click on Subscribe.
