Deleting The SupportPay App From Your Device

Occasionally, there arises a need to remove the SupportPay app from your device—be it to free up storage space, troubleshoot the app, or temporarily remove it for a specific period. Below, you'll find clear instructions on how to proceed with deleting the app:

Deleting the SupportPay app on Android:

1. Locate the SupportPay app Icon: Find the app on your home screen or in the app drawer.

2. Long Press on the Icon: Tap and hold the app icon until a menu or options appear.

3. Drag to "Uninstall" or "Remove": Drag the app icon to the top of the screen where it says "Uninstall" or "Remove." Alternatively, look for an option like "App Info" or an "i" icon.

4. Confirm Deletion: A prompt will appear asking if you want to uninstall the app. Tap "OK" or "Uninstall" to confirm.

Deleting the SupportPay app on iOS:

1. Find the SupportPay App Icon: Locate the app on your home screen.

2. Long Press on the Icon: Press and hold the app icon until it starts shaking or a menu appears (depending on your iOS version).

3. Tap "Delete App": If the apps are shaking, an 'X' icon will appear on the app icons. Tap the 'X' on the app you want to delete. On newer versions, a menu may appear; select "Delete App" from there.

4. Confirm Deletion: A confirmation message will pop up asking if you want to delete the app. Tap "Delete" to confirm.
