If a receipt is required for reimbursement, it is your responsibility to carefully review and redact any information that could disclose your location before uploading it. This includes addresses, store identifiers, or any other location-based details.
Please be aware that even when location information appears to be removed, uploaded documents may still allow the other party to infer where a purchase occurred. By choosing to upload a receipt or document, you acknowledge that protecting your location privacy depends on the information you provide. SupportPay cannot be held responsible for the disclosure of location data through receipts, documents, or any other content you choose to upload.
Our goal is to give you the tools to manage expenses effectively while respecting your need for confidentiality. If privacy is a priority, manual entry is always the safest option.
