Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience using SupportPay. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscribers may request a cancellation and full refund within 30 days of the initial subscription date. Refund requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. However, you will continue to have access to SupportPay Premium for the remainder of your annual subscription period.
